Dan is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, and

Lending. He has held senior leadership roles—including Managing Director and Senior Vice

President—at firms such as Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Advisors, Western Alliance Bank, and LPL

Financial.

Daniel is an industry expert in architecting Securities-Based Lending

(SBL) platforms and integrated wealth solutions for Broker-Dealers, RIA firms, and Banks nationwide.

Coupling platform solutions with business acumen and a growth mindset, he is known for his ability to

translate complex financial and operational concepts into clear, actionable strategies that empower

advisors and engage C-suite stakeholders.

Daniel is also a serial entrepreneur, having help start two companies:

• A Bill Payment Company focused on financial automation (Paytrust.com)

• A Fintech firm specializing in customized SBL platforms for banks and broker-dealers (Supernova

companies)

Dan had his own consulting company for five years, Hamilton Wealth Management Technologies, serving

wealth management and private banking clients including UBS Financial Services, City National Bank

and the the Bancorp bank.

Most recently, Dan started SBLOC Wealth Advisors, his consulting firm supporting fintech companies in

the lending and banking space within the broker-dealer industry.

He holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and is FINRA Series 7, 66,

and 24 registered (currently inactive). He plans to pursue his CEP and CIMA designations to further

deepen his advisory and investment credentials.

Daniel is high-energy, extroverted, and thrives in front of large audiences — whether presenting to

executive teams, leading advisor workshops, or evangelizing the future of crypto finance and AI-driven

platforms. He’s a quick study and a passionate researcher, with a gift for distilling complexity into clarity.

Daniel lives in Phoenix, Arizona, and has worked at client locations across the country including Los

Angeles, Chicago, Hamilton (NJ), and St. Louis, giving him a national perspective and deep market

empathy. He’s married with three children and believes in lifelong work, learning, and service.

people along the way.
